Good swim session. 400 warm up, then a pyramid session- 4x50m, 3x100m, 200m, 3x100m, 6x50m. tiresome but good good. foot is sore from yesterdays soccer. i'll take it easy on the soccer/ running this week
No subs, the girls played well until erin nearly decked a guy for pushing her. We lost 10-9 but dominated the whole way. The ref was a bit soft, and their bearded freak was a bit aggro so happy not to receive any harsh tackles
