shitty pitch, lucky i didnt get any injuries. opposition were same quality as the field- 12-0 win to us. i got 2 which was good

Running long 2:31:27 [3] 23.43 km (6:28 / km)

first part of this run was very undulating, lots of long hills that were at 8min/k pace. got onto the final section, flat sandy bay road at 1h59m46s and 17.29k. wanted to see how long i could keep up a good pace while fatigued along sandy bay did the 6.14k in 31.40, so i'm happy enough with that for now. do need more good running sessions though

Had a great session today, ran 5 x 1km. fastest was 3:40, slowest 3:58 with the other 3 around the 3:52mark. felt good but must do more sprints
