played up front, scored a scrappy goal. we won 2-1, top of ladder- only just

I'm thinking of using soccer trainings as my light mid-week runs with the game, which i always play hard in, counting as a sprint session

10min/2k warm up then 8x500m at the domain. The 500m was over undulating stuff, but i was managing 1m40-1m50 for most reps. One min recovery between each. 12min warm down
