Played against DOSA today, who i'd been told were easy beats. Not so apparently. they were fired up by comments in the paper saying they were there to "make up the numbers and improve other teams goal difference"
I was feeling pretty unwell so i wasn't very fast to react to things, but still played hard. Set up the only goal of the game with a good cross right onto Julian's head to score. we won 1-0 but only just

Woah. ride home is so much harder. due to the 30min of downhill in yesterdays run my quads were already sore. but woah. springfield ave and ripley rd are killers.

Ran from lenah valley road up to the chalet via junction cabin. so tough. so unfit. ran back down via the hobartian track- i've run this way in a race before but i was hungover (like every other race i seem to run in) so this time i could really enjoy the winding single track
