Did a light run after work fitted in with 8 x 1min on 1min off

Worth noting i spent 2 hours this morning putting out control stands and controls for the orienteering tomorrow

Put out tapes for the event on sunday at Risdon brook. took ages as we've used a fair few vegetation boundaries on an old map where vegetation has changed a bit. spent 9-12 out doing the 40 or so controls, used watch to gauge time, pretty close to 1:30 of running

Basketball 1:15:00 [4]

5 games of 2 v 2 at the courts. if i could make half my shots i'd be a good player, instead i'm making like 1 from 10 at best. anyway, rebounding well and steeling nicely
