ankle is really sore and swollen from the sprain on Friday, good thing too otherwise i may have actually had a good training week

after an exam busted out to do this bad boy. hadn't eaten all day, drank very little and ended up running a very hilly loop around mt nelson. Luckily i sprained my ankle down the Trugg track otherwise i may have had too much fun.
