This monrings session was 10min walk, 25min run, 10min walk. Legs felt good injury wise, but very tired phyically. Ran around mt nelson so there were alot of good climbs in the run

Pretty good upper body work out that also provided decent cardio. Spent most of the session doing different combinations of ab work, chin ups, push ups and tricep dips. Generally just did a set of one, then moved straight to the next without break.
It was funny to look over at the free weight section and see 4 guys in a row stare lovingly at their biceps as they did bicep curl after bicep curl.
Before breakfast, on the 1.2k loop around my block. few hills, bit of off-road. Did 10min walk, 20min jog, then 6min walk. Legs felt good. tired, but good.

Tried to do W9D1 in column b for push ups. Way harder than i though it'd be. Couldn't manage the second set
Indoor soccer played outdoors. We lost 8-2. Game was okay though, I played soild defence and scored one of our goals. Legs felt fine. ITB's a bit tight
Went to play in the snow on mt wellington today, and a little swim in freezing kingston beach. Havent done proper swimming in ages cause this cold weather is really off putting. Also legs and body felt fatigued from all the increased load so day off
