Running 35:00 [2]

The doctors programme had me doing 15walk/ 10run/ 15 walk today. but i got the times confused and did 10min walks and 15min run. Felt good running, comfortable. But obviously i've got poor conditioning as i felt fatigued after the run

Strength 15:00 [3]

Push ups, w8d3. Not excited to do this at all as my upper body as been feeling really fatigued but i guess thats the point. after the 7 sets, managed to do a 65 for maximum.
Also did theraband work for my legs in the rest between the sets

Had a two hour gap at uni today so managed to fit this in. Did some super light leg weights, which were more challenging then i had thought. Then back work and some time on the rowing machine

Running 30:00 [1]

So my sports Doc said i should go to the hospital to get a check on my leg pain. Hospital said my leg pain was a cartilage tear- maybe. Doc overruled them saying its prob a fracture in an odd bone spur/ deformity i have in my leg. Doc said that the hospital just didnt want to work on the bone spur cause its in a really tricky place with alot of nerves that could be wrecked in surgury.

Sports doc rules, so i'm on a slow run/walk programme

15min walk, 5min run, 10min walk. both walks were ment to be 20m but i couldnt be bothered. legs are pretty tired- i can tell they're not used to this at all

Strength 35:00 [5]

W8D2 push ups and then alot more push ups. Plus core work and chin ups
