utter tragedy of a session. have had no sleep and no motivation of late. did weights then tried to go on the bike and got to the point of proper sweat for the first time in months. horrible horrbile feeling. it happens after i havent sweated proper for a while. but every pore on my body became similtaniously itchy and painful. put up with it for 15min on the bike then ran to the shower to scratch the itchy pain away

100 push up thingo. Did week 7 session 1. geeez 7 sets of push up was hard. will hurt tomorrow

Football (indoor) 40:00 [3]

indoor played outdoor. i was pretty relaxed about the game, which sadly came off as being arrogant. few ego (mine included) clashes on court which was pretty bad
