Problem with leg not fully known. assumed stress fracture in fibia but i dont want to go through with bone scan and all the other things whilst uni is on. i have peice of a bone that may need to be removed too. so this log is just personal interest for me to keep track of what i've done, it wont have much to do with orienteering, or even running for a while.
checked out uni gym, too many big guys there just doing bicep curls for my liking, i stuck to the machene weights opposed to the big bars and stuff. still a good work out to get me sore
