Did a 400m warm up then a set i found online.
25m x 4 w/ 5s rest. 25 x 4 w/ 10s rest. 25 x 4 w/ 15s rest. 100 very hard.
Pretty good challenge. the breaks get longer as fatigue is kicking in. then the 100m is killer at the end. Did 2 of those sets with a 100m slow breaststroke inbetween. Finished off with 200m slow breaststroke
