Running 2:03:46 [3] 24.0 km (5:09 / km)

Parked at the tasman bridge and ran to the tramere bus stop and back. I'd kind of been putting this run off all day, guess i wasnt sure how it'd turn out. I expected badly.
Generally was okay, felt pretty wrecked at the 45min mark, and then decided to go the extra stretch to the bus stop to make it an hour one way. hit the bus stop at 1h 10sec turned to trudge back. Really nice hobart day so i ran on the beach with my shirt off. Putting my top back on was weird, it made me feel claustrophobic.
Went through alot of highs and lows in this run. Eventually got back in one of my quicker times for this run- a very good sign

Core in the morning. stiff from the run yesterday

Swimming tempo 50:00 [4] 2.0 km (25:00 / km)

First swim in a bit. Felt really smooth and powerful through the water, good feeling.
Did 500, 400, 300, 200, 100 just below threashold. gets pretty hard at the end. then cruised 500 to finish. A bigger pool might be needed soon, its annoying stopping every 25m

Went from waterworks for an explore- straght up a gully which caused alot of walking. then got onto the pipeline track and struggled up for 20min then crused down. Good good to get run over an hour. it hurt, not comfortable at all but i just kept thinking of that feeling at the end of a long race- got to get that feeling back

Run after long long uni day. run in dark, on streets with a horrible slope that make painful angles for the legs. but good to do 2 days in a row

Orienteering race (local) 23:13 [5] 2.9 km (8:00 / km)

I doubt this was 2.9km i doubt it so much. we had a leg through the lake which prob ment the course was longer. and hills at the waterworks make it feel longer.
Was at waterworks for a geology field day. got there half hour early and by chance there was some orienteering on which i didnt know about. slipped on the gear and did this run. felt good, bit slow though. 3 days running in a row- good sign
