Played ultimate frizbee with my friends dad and Wheel bag guy. Joined the socail game at uni. Pretty fun. I was suprised at how tired i was by the end of the game, i think i just covered alot of extra metres for the sake of running though. I got a point for the team! but we lost 4-3

Did a run after uni, up over mt nelson, down the trugg track and then along sandy bay rd home. It was good to run, but my foot is worryingly sore. scared to think it may be a stress fracture
feel shit physically and mentally since sundays attempt at orienteering. lost all motivation to do anything- which is shit because on saturday the world was my oyster both running and uni were heaps of fun.
Went to the wild dog creek race. It was raining and i had work at 1. Wasnt paying attention from the outset. The large bubble in my compass seems to be effecting how quick it settles, cause running on a bearing was pretty difficult. Control 2 stunk, i hit the area i thought was correct but it apparently it wasnt. Many many tree roots and dead trees around so i just walked to most for a look-see if the control was there. Headed to 3 i realised i didnt want to be there at all so ran back. bad bad day. and now the ball of my foot hurts to run/ walk on and my hip is completly stiff
