Dad got me up early to do this. Just ran down to the village then struggled back up. feeling a tad sore from yesterday but not bad

Ran in the arvo on a loop from cradle mountain village. I dont trust the garmin in the vally i ran through cause there were sections i was definatily running fast but it was registering 7min per k... The track came upon a sign that stated "caution track not maintained" i laughed at that. then quickly realised what they ment. I was just following wooden poles every 20 meters. At one stage i had to climb (with hands) up a secion of the 'track' and for about 5-10mins i had a large cliff face on my left with only trees and a small fence with 2 wires on it to stop me from going over. I did enjoy this though

Up at cradle mountain for the christamas period. spent the whole day being lazy and somewhat bored so decided at 5 to do something productive, this was the result.
Ran down from our cabin along the new boardwalk to the start of the overland track. then just followed a track that went sharp uphill and took me to a beautiful lake- crater lake i later found out. Had to stop the watch and admire the view. Ran back a different way and went past wombat pool then took a left on an unknown track and ended up at the boardwalk again. The run back to the cabbin is most uphill so it was a bit of a struggle.
Nice to see echidna's, wombats, possums and wallabys on christmas though

After nearly getting beaten up again last night i'm not to keen on town again. I'm happy never leaving my garage again and just riding to infinity

Just fitted this in late, thank fully late still means daylight at the moment.
8x 400m with 200m fast jog recovery.

Not happy with my consistancy and lack of it.

Ten min before then five after. wanted a better warm down but pressed for time, had to dash

Morning ride to no where and back

Lap round risdon with dad. Used this to pace him so he could get a good time. Felt sort of flat from not eating all day, pretty harsh head wind too

Running tempo 17:54 [4] 4.25 km (4:13 / km)

Did this lap after running with dad. Felt pretty good and comfortably uncomfortable for the run.
