Just went for a recovery run around fiddlers and the running track on the domain. hardly ate all day and did this run at 5, felt wrecked

HR mon isnt working for some reason.
I've decided i will start training proper now. I have had no motivation but i will just force myself to run and hope that motivation comes back at some point. This run felt average in every way. It was not a struggle, but not easy. I was not comfortable but not in a terrible way.

I need to get some more runs of this length or longer in as me and cal were talking about doint the 6h mtb rogain on foot in 3 weeks...

Played basketball with the guys this morning. It was good except i seem to be getting worse and worse. Now Wheel Bag Guy who was our shit player is now as good as me. It doesnt feel good to be as bad as a guy who is named after the sort of bag he brings to school.
We were at the courts for around 2 hours but prob only had an hour of ball play
