Running 31:08 [4] 6.74 km (4:37 / km)
ahr:175 max:222

Pretty sure Max HR was an error on my garmin...

run in the monring before breaky and work. Mum drove me to town on her way to work and i ran home, almost all uphill with some very steep uphill sections. Good run, i felt fresh so went a bit hard uphills

Running 37:54 [3] 6.33 km (5:59 / km)
ahr:145 max:169

Run before breakky. Felt really stiff and sore at the start of this run, turned beck to go home twice and forced myself to just run past the door. Unpleasent first 10 min but after that i started to loosen up and enjoy it.

Running (Terrain) 43:28 [3] 7.01 km (6:12 / km)
ahr:169 max:180

Went to Pittwater today to run in the dunes. I tried to run in a straight line for as long as possible, I liked this cause if there was a big sandune in the way i had to run over it, dense trees i had to weave through and dead trees i had to jump over. K rate doesnt represent how physical the run is, HR does.

Orienteering 31:48 [3] 4.04 km (7:52 / km)
ahr:153

There are some semi permanent controls (tapes with numbers) in the green section at pittwater so i took a map and ran a course with about 16 controls. Pretty happy with it, spiked almost all of the controls.. 2 i was a few meters short of and had to track along the feature to get them and one i was off because my attackpoint was terrible.

Running (Terrain) 25:36 [3] 4.07 km (6:17 / km)
ahr:163 max:180

Ran back though pittwater from the course. Again tried to hold a straight line to force myself over and through the hard stuff. Rolled my ankle and got poked in the eye with a stick which sucked but other than that i enjoyed all of the mornings running.
