Had a rest day today because my calves were feeling really sore. I think i stretched them too hard in my warm down yesterday because they had felt really good untill this morning. Stretched alot today to keep loosened up. Probably should have done a small run

Again a longer version of my previous two days loops. I enjoyed the run but felt pretty tired when i hit the 900m hill up to my house but ran it the whole way at a slower pace. Tomorrow is going to be a rest day after the 3 big days i've just had

Same run today but i wanted it to be 15 minutes longer so i had to find an extra loop in the middle of the run to make it longer. Felt shocking today, just really tired before my run, almost didnt go but i'm glad i did.
