Approx time to and from uni. Hobart being glorious again today! as i rode through town i noticed that all the outside bars were full due to weather and the public holiday tomorrow- made hobart look like a vibrant city

Uni enforced rest week. after not sleeping last night- literally not sleeping- i was pretty tired and unmotivated for the run. but hobart was having one of those glorious days it occasionally has so i plodded off with dad for this one

Ran to work, via new town falls. about 30min of uphill in this, then a fair bit of gradual downhill

Pretty tired from work, ran home. 90% uphill with the final climb being 1km long taking around 9min.

Up around Mt Nelson in the drizzle. then down along sandy bay road and along churchill ave. felt bad to start but enjoyed it. definitely had strength at the runs end as i was trying to out-sprint buses

Was not at all keen for this, metally (due to uni) or physically (generally tired legs) But got into it and enjoyed it. about 40min uphill

Felt crap. Long slow tired run. had to keep doing little extras at the end to get over the 90 mins
