after an exam busted out to do this bad boy. hadn't eaten all day, drank very little and ended up running a very hilly loop around mt nelson. Luckily i sprained my ankle down the Trugg track otherwise i may have had too much fun.

Ran to work. i've been leaving slightly later than i should so i have to make the runs more up tempo. walking past the smokers out the front is always a bit awkward, we have a few seconds where they are very confused about why i'd be dressed in running gear and sweating when i could be sitting down smoking with them.

ran home a different way to yesterday. all a gradual uphill untill the final 7min which was a pure uphill

After work and a staff meeting, feeling really tired. Struggle of a run. Also felt something in my leg over the bone spur. not pain, not discomfort just a feeling in the spot

very good training week. 3h running this week, plus two leg weight sessions. Next week i'll have a light week, dont want to over do this

Up around Mt Nelson after uni, daylight savings means i can do off road running later. Calves felt very sore after yesterdays weights

Leg weights for about half of this session, light weight but high reps. Back work and core was the rest

Longest run in 3months at 2pm on the hottest day in 3 months. pretty tired, also had to fight a stitch alot of the way. great day to be out an about though

Out for an hour with dad but prob only 45min of good work. felt like strength training at the gym endurance style. pretty tired on the final stretch back

2h 25 of running this week (soccer and running combined) and no aches and pains. in the past four weeks i've gone from (soccer and running combined) 1 session per week and progressed to 2, 3 then 4 in a week. I'm not going to increase session numbers just yet, but will work on quality of sessions

Football (Indoor soccer) 30:00 [4]

Indoor soccer played outdoors. It was wet and slippery and we lost 7-2. But had so much fun! my team were playing sweet 1-2's and lots of good play. We are the only team with females playing and we have several players that have never played so winning wasn't a high priority
