Gym (Aerobic) 50:00 [3]

Tried the rowing machene and the excersice bike at the gym. think my legs will be pretty confused as they havent been used for ages

Indoor soccer played outdoors. I went goalie first half then played on the outfield for the second half (20min) we got slaughtered. by 7-0 i decided to just muck around which didnt do us wonders. but i did score the last goal of the game so it was 12-1 loss

To this song i did 70 proper push ups. controlled, face to ground. no rest.
followed this up with alot of vanity curls

I dont know about logging weights stuff as 4-5 intensity cause its hard and works muscles to the limit or as a 2-3 cause my HR prob averages 120-140 the whole time

Problem with leg not fully known. assumed stress fracture in fibia but i dont want to go through with bone scan and all the other things whilst uni is on. i have peice of a bone that may need to be removed too. so this log is just personal interest for me to keep track of what i've done, it wont have much to do with orienteering, or even running for a while.

checked out uni gym, too many big guys there just doing bicep curls for my liking, i stuck to the machene weights opposed to the big bars and stuff. still a good work out to get me sore

Decided to start proper running again. Excited to run my 24km run from the bridge to trammere and back. Struggled the first half hour, really really bad. but then then next 20min were great, loved it. As i started to get near trammere my right leg shot pains up and down it. Over the space of 50m i went from running fine to unable to walk. Hobbled back toward the car looking for a phone booth. after 50min i found one and got dad to pick me up. Sports doc doesnt know whats up with it. but he's very excited about my injury and has been working hard to figure it out.Potential stress/ normal fracture in a lump of bone that has grown off my fibia but still unsure
