urgh such a bad game by me. felt like i was just doing shuttle runs, thus prob good for fitness. 2-1 win

session was 15x300m hills. god thats a long session. found a section of springfield road that was 300m. Started the session with the sun in the sky, finished it in long shadows. Pretty tiresome but kept a good constant pace all runs

9min warm up jog and 6min warm down

A long session today which i liked. fair bit of down time between drills so i just did laps of the oval when that happened

cruise with laura. ankle really sore from rolling it yesterday but other than that body fine.

didnt really feel fatigued till 2h10, but i couldnt run up every hill so i'm not exactly bragging. garin died at 2h 15

excellent run, its been pouring rain for 2 days straight, but there was a little break in weather while i ran all over mt nelson. all the trails were rivers and the rivers were rapids

Run the River fun run today. I was pretty sore from soccer, so just looked to do the undulating course in 45min.

Ran the fun run back to my car. so so tired by this point due to running the race at a tempo pace and yesterdays game. just ran back slowly and gingerly, keeping pace on the many uphills.

I'm thinking of using soccer trainings as my light mid-week runs with the game, which i always play hard in, counting as a sprint session

10min/2k warm up then 8x500m at the domain. The 500m was over undulating stuff, but i was managing 1m40-1m50 for most reps. One min recovery between each. 12min warm down

Ran from lenah valley > Junction cabin > the springs > organ pipes track > old hobartian track > lenah valley. very slow k rate, but massive massive amount of climb in this one. body felt fine too
