Survived the long. I took it quite easy because I was more interested in executing each leg properly than trying to run quickly. That'll come over the next few days.

Absolutely beautiful terrain. Thirteen was really where my race was lost. Also, when I hit my knee just before 18. That didn't help my speed. Oh well. Fun race.

Note

Slept poorly yesterday and traveling all day today. So no time to train unfortunately. Not ideal, but I'm looking forward to training enough in Sverige to justify a two-day break prior.

Followed the trail downhill from town this time. This town is cool. But it is impossible to get in a flat run.
