I had to do this run at night. I needed more recovery time. Really, really surprised I made it through this run. I was having difficulty walking all day. I suppose my body can bring it together enough to get the time in.

A decent workout. I made the mistake of playing the game "Who can stand on one foot longer" game with the kids I was looking after. They made it 20 minutes before I decided to call it a tie and end it. My calves were toast. I had to stop halfway through number 9. My legs were slowing down despite my head telling them to keep going. I tried my best.
Workout was 8x1k @10k pace with 2 min recovery jog and 1x800@10k pace.
