An easy training run in Casa de Campo. The only thing that was difficult was honing in on the control. There were a few times where there wasn´t enough detail to find the feature and I wasn´t able to find good attackpoints due to lack of features. A good workout nonetheless.

Early morning run in Dehesa de la Villa with 8x20/40s and a 20 minute core workout at Santander afterwards.

Parque del oeste and santander. A good evening run.

Thursday Nov 22, 2012 #

Orienteering 1:20:00 [3] 10.0 km (8:00 / km)

A course at Cercedilla with the Fedoboys. Very hilly but still pretty good. Interesting format. Two runners started going opposite directions and putting out streamers at each control and once you got to a control that your partner had already placed you began to pick up the streamers. Pretty good way to practice being sure and then moving fast through the woods.

Easy run around Santander because I didn't have time for more and didn't want to sweat too much. Still kind of paranoid about tattoo. Training with the Spanish O-Team tomorrow!
