Running 45:00 [3] 11.0 km (4:05 / km)

Easy run in Parque del Oeste. Had really high and low points to this run as far as how I felt physically. Still it was a run.

H-E at Cinco Villas. Pretty good run. I finished 4th among Madrid's (and consequently Spain's) best runners. Not too technically difficult, but I may have just been applying what I've learned in Madrid's orienteering school. Very difficult course physically, especially since I have been sick all week and I still am a bit. My body also did feel pretty beat due to the break. I caught Ricardo Garcia Dengra at the last few controls and we had a really fun sprint to the finish.

Easy run at Santander to move my legs and keep up fitness. Felt so energetic afterwards.

Starting my week break today in preparation for the 2013 orienteering season. It's a little out of the blue but if I don't take a break now I won't get a chance to later on.
