This was actually a surprisingly good workout for how I've been feeling. About 3 miles at 5:30. I was pretty beat by the 4th one and wasn't able to do it. But I was happy with how it went. If I keep feeling better like this I may race decently next week.
Easy morning jog. These things really wake up my body. I like that.

10x30second hill reps. I had a mile at 6:56! And it felt easy! Ok it was partly downhill but I'll take what I can get. I am feeling better very quickly. Hopefully it continues at this pace but I have a feeling it won't. Even so it supposedly takes 4 months to fully recover.
Out and back on rail trail. Two of my miles on there were 7:16 and 7:17. Oh boy, little by little I'm getting back into it. Possible workout on Friday.
