Up the mountain and back down. It was pretty cool because the snow was all melted out in town and as I climbed, bit by bit, more snow covered the trees and road. At the top the road was iced over and the trees were frozen. Awesome it was like going to another season. I stopped two times: first time because there were some people unloading rounds into a stump and I wanted to be sure it wasn't a hunter, second time was when I needed to stretch a part of my ankle which wasn't feeling too hot. Mais ça va.
Scooter loop with 6x20/40's on the end. I'm getting bored with the high mileage around Ship. I need to get in a race or get to a forest with a map and compass. Susquehanna 5k in two weeks should break up the monotony a bit.

Really easy jog from Reisner through town and then back home. Woo.
Rail trail with Evans & Wade as they did their premeet. Then I went out on another loop by myself. I felt really strong. Good day.

Easy morning jog on Duck pond trails. I'm going to try and make it over there more often since it seems like my fitness on them is significantly lower. Sometimes they're snowed over so that'll make it difficult. But I will prevail!
Quite a fast run because I ran with Eric. He is very very fit. This was a recovery day for him and we accidentally hit a 6:12 mile on the rail trail. We slowed down after that... to 6:20.
