Running 2:05:00 [3] 19.0 mi (6:35 / mi)

This was a good long run. I went very easily for the first hour and a half and then took off the last 30 minutes. This is only a half mile short of my longest run ever. I felt much better than from what I remember about that run. We went up milesburn, past the reservoir and then added on a bit at the end.

Easy run on school loop. It was raining at the start but that died out by the end. I felt like I was moving faster than that. But oh well it was an easy day after a race. Long long run tomorrow.

Running 1:10:00 [3] 10.3 mi (6:48 / mi)

Paul Short XC run. It's still very muddy everywhere so I can't take my time seriously. I ran 27:45 which is 15 seconds slower than I've ever run there. But I still finished fairly high up and I was number 8 on the team. So overall not a bad day. I almost went down 4 times thanks to the mud. Also there were a few guys that I had to hurdle as they went down in front of me. This is why I didn't want to run in the open race.

Duck pond trails this morning. A little muddy but not too bad.

Easy run on roxbury old mill loop. Feeling kind of heavy because of Lifestyle Management Class before hand.

Running intervals 1:02:26 [3] 9.0 mi (6:56 / mi)

Workout day. It was a pretty easy workout but my calves got pretty tired because I took a day off yesterday. My body was a little out of running mode. I imagine I'll feel good the next few days though.
Workout was 2x400 @73-74 on equal recovery, 3xmile @5:20-5:24 on 3 minute recovery, 4x200@ 33-34 on 200 recovery jog.
