Running 1:10:00 [4] 10.3 mi (6:48 / mi)

2x20 minute steady state on forbidden drive. I covered a bit more than 3.5 miles each time. 10 minute warm up, jog between sets, and cool down. I felt really strong and relaxed. Really good after this week. Rest day tomorrow.

A solid morning run. Excited to not double today. Got a 30 minute nap in. Goals to prepare for workout tomorrow are drink enough water, massage sore spots on muscles and sleep well tonight.

A decent long run. I ran much farther than the planned 95 minutes because at some points I was stuck with campers who were struggling to run 9 minute pace. So I added on the get the desired level of stress.

Out and back on the jersey towpath. By the end it was just me and the other counselors, several of them have a run sub 4:10 miles. I liked that it felt easy to run with them.
