Supporting Bswede along his marathon. A lot of starts and stops. Some higher intensity sections as I rushed along to get to other spots. Hilly.

I was feeling quite tired and this one was a lot more difficult from the ones in our rec center. It tired me out faster.

Easy run on treadmill. Knee hurting towards the end. It's better. I'm trying to focus on flexibility now.

Easy run with Kris and Eric. Knee feels alot better but pain got worse as run went on. I hardly felt it walking around afterwards. It might be something I'll just need to shove through and try my best with.

I tried to take my heart rate at regular intervals. The machine said I had an average of 143 for the whole time. Decent. I think my highest was 173.

Stationary bike. Paris Marathon on TV. Nice to watch.

Soaked my shirt on the elliptical. I´m not sure if it was working my legs but something sure was working.

Swimming 20:00 [3]

10 minutes of freestyle with 10 minutes of treading water. It was quite obvious how poor of swimming shape I was in after this.

So the knee seems to respond pretty well to massage. Looks like my fingers have work cut out for them.

Note

Going to run today. Walking around feels fine after massage. Probably will keep it conservative at 50 minutes, 60 if it feels really good.

An hour on the stationary bike. It's really tough for me to get my heart rate up on there.
