Running 50:00 [4] 7.7 mi (6:30 / mi)
I keep wondering why these workout are so difficult and then I look at how fast I end up running the whole workout. It's obvious why it's so difficult then. There was a good 10-15 mph head wind slowing me down on the back stretch. I also had to do this workout alone after the first mile since the other guys are running the 5k at Bucknell on Friday. So for the last 10 minutes I was out there alone... grinding.
The plan was 4x200@34-35 on 200 jog, 2x400@69-70 on 400 jog, 3x1 mile@5:28-30 on 400 jog, 2x400, 4x200.
