Running 1:44:30 [3] 14.9 mi (7:01 / mi)

Really struggled a lot on this long run. I was running with a few guys and I felt like I was sprinting to hold 6:45 pace. I thought I may have just been tired from last night so I tried to keep going. I made it until 86 minutes and then I had to stop and rest. The last 20 minutes I don't think I went under 8 minute pace and I was struggling to do that. Possibly mono but possibly something else. If anyone has any ideas I'm all ears.

Running warm up/down 30:00 [3] 4.2 mi (7:09 / mi)

Warmup and cooldown for race.

Running 9:36 [3] 3.0 km (3:12 / km)

Really subpar race. I've gotta be sick or something because I felt strong for the first mile and then it all went away and I fell apart. Im glad I finished but I gotta figure out what is wrong.

Running 25:00 [3] 3.5 mi (7:09 / mi)

Premeet with Evans. Stomach feels uncomfortable

Running 38:00 [4] 5.5 mi (6:55 / mi)

Workout on the indoor track with Evans and Andrew. Workout was 4x30/30, 5 minute rest, 4x30/30. Very crowded and had to speed up and slow down because people kept getting in our way.

Running 1:00:00 [3] 8.8 mi (6:49 / mi)

Easy day with Rissell, Schelander, Pio, Wilt and Gillette. Very windy out. Legs still feel very heavy from yesterday. My main focus for the next few days will be sleep and recovery.

Running warm up/down 35:00 [2] 4.7 mi (7:27 / mi)

Warmup/cooldown.

Running intervals 35:00 [4] 4.4 mi (7:57 / mi)

Another tough workout today, but the important part is that I got through it.
Plan was 12x400@69-70, then 2x200@:32. Starting an interval every 2:30.
Times:
68
71(mix up on who was leading)

Long workout. I was hurting towards the end and everyone could see it. But I don't try to pretend like 400s are my strength. I just kept getting through them one at a time. This workout is a big confidence booster. If I can run this then I imagine 72s in a 3k or 67s in a mile would be a little easier.

Running 1:00:00 [3] 8.3 mi (7:14 / mi)

Recovery day on Stonewall with Stet and Andrew.
Question: Should I run the mile and 1k or the 3k this weekend? I'm having trouble deciding.
