Running 1:30:00 [3] 12.8 mi (7:02 / mi)

Long run on the drive with a few excursions onto the side trails. I wasn't feeling too good today but not every run can be a homerun. I got out there and was moving at a decent pace.

Running 1:05:00 [3] 9.0 mi (7:13 / mi)

12x30 sec hill repeats with a 1:30 jogging rest. These feel a lot easier when it's not 90 degrees out. I kept it relaxed for the first 6 and then started pushing myself little by little to go further. I still kept everything really relaxed so I'm happy with how that turned out.

Running 1:05:00 [3] 9.1 mi (7:09 / mi)

Night run in Ship. It's amazing how running at night makes you feel like you're going so fast. I felt like I was flying but when I checked my mile splits on the rail trail I was averaging 6:47. Not as fast as it felt. It didn't feel difficult, just fast. This was after carrying furniture into my house for an hour and a half. That was tiring.

15 reps of pedastool. Really loving this rest week.

Running 1:05:00 [3] 9.4 mi (6:55 / mi)

I was moving really quickly at the start of this run. My legs felt great and really fresh coming off the rest day yesterday. I took care of that great feeling with 12x 20/40. I was hurting after that and couldn't manage much more than 7:00. It is also amazing how much of a difference in temperature 6 degrees is.
