Wow I knew I was moving fast on this long run on a hot day but I didn't know how fast. I slept three hours due to getting in late after a day trip to Ship and Gettysburg and then waking up at 3 to work at the 20in24 as timing support from 4-8. Tough run but really fun. The heat has not improved. Supposedly it will soon. Legs feeling sore towards the end of the run but really nothing else than that. Felt pretty good. Calves sore now.

12x30 sec hill repeats today. (30 seconds comfortably hard pace up hill and then 1:30 jog downhill and into the next one) I did it on fairly steep hill of 10% and was 50% shaded. The heat got me sweating pretty hard. Really fun just to let loose. Warm up and Cool down included.

no one can tell me that I'm doing wrong today... easy jog on the trails. a cool 88 degrees out. followed by 5 sets of every steeple drill.

Easy run along the drive. Picked up the pace as I went along. Very nice day. had to make 3 pit stops but otherwise good.
