I don't feel like entering all of my training sessions individually right now but I will write that I have been getting it done. I had to rest tuesday and wednesday because my back was realllly hurting me after my run on monday but now its feeling good to go. I ran on the relay map today and did a few sprint maps yesterday and Im surprised with how quickly it seems to have recovered. I think its actually getting loosened up by all the work Im doing. Either way Ill try to log my races from Jwoc when the competition starts. Plus my knowledge of italian has expanded enormously. Ciao.
