Running 2:00:00 [3] 17.6 mi (6:49 / mi) +290m 6:29 / mi

Long run on the same burnt mill loop as last week with some minor alterations. Really hurting when it came to the last 30 minutes and had to dig deep in order to get to the end in good time. Last 5 minutes were at tempo and dug even deeper for that. It was nice to dig so deep. But now I need to rest.

Running 57:00 [4] 7.6 mi (7:30 / mi)

Workout: 6x1000 meters with a 3 min recovery in between. At Dickinson's fieldhouse. Nice track.

I was hurting pretty bad during this workout especially when it came to number 5 and I was considering not running the 6th one but I'm glad I did because now I'm just going to get a good rest tonight. Nice pig out afterwards.

Running 1:10:00 [3] 9.6 mi (7:17 / mi)

Ran this on the treadmill in the rec center and on the indoor track because I really didn't feel like fighting the elements today. 8 x25/35's.

Running 1:10:00 [3] 10.1 mi (6:56 / mi)

Easy run outside. I was planning on running half of this on the treadmill because of the wind but once I got out there it turned out it wasn't so bad. I'm surprised I ran as far as I did because this was very very easy. I almost felt as though I should pick up the pace so I'm not dogging it.

Running 32:00 [3] 4.55 mi (7:02 / mi)

First part of negative split run. Keeping it very relaxed.

Running 28:00 [4] 5.0 mi (5:36 / mi) +55m 5:25 / mi

Second section of negative split. I was rolling on the way back so I ended up coming through well below the 60 minutes I was going for. It was supposed to be 32/28 and I passed the starting point at 25:50. I just kept on rolling for anotehr 2 minutes. Didn't feel too hard which is good.

Running 5:00 [3] 0.6 mi (8:20 / mi)

Cool down after negative split

Running long 2:00:00 [3] 17.5 mi (6:51 / mi) +244m 6:34 / mi

I felt like crap from the start of this run but oh well I stayed relaxed and kept working away at it bit by bit. Beautiful day for a long run.

Running 1:10:00 [3] 9.8 mi (7:09 / mi)

Easy run with Evans. We were moving pretty fast at some parts and slow at others. Mostly between 6:20 and 6:50 pace. Just going with the flow of the run.

Running race 4:34 [5] 1.0 mi (4:34 / mi)

The mile at Susquehanna. I wish I remembered how to race a mile because it's been a few years. I finished with alot more energy then I should've but overall it was a fun race. Nice to get in something a little faster.

Running warm up/down 50:00 [3] 7.0 mi (7:09 / mi)

Warm up and cool down for Susquehanna.

Running long 1:55:00 [3] 16.8 mi (6:51 / mi) +259m 6:32 / mi

Windy long run today. I felt tired at the beginning and I ran alone. I was flying towards the end. The wind slowed me down alot especially as it blew the snow right into me. Luckily, I had sunglasses.

Running race 16:15 [5] 5.0 km (3:15 / km)

Wow I felt like hell. I prepared everything as best as I could but it just didn't come back together. I feel more motivated now though. Enough to say screw the negative voices in my head and really get work done.
