Intervals, workout was 5x1000 on 3 min recovery. I did this on the road below the house where Andreu and I decided the hills added about 4 seconds per k. Still, I felt pretty tired. Don't think I've fully recovered from traveling.

Strange. I was holding a faster pace in the flat sections of the five miler I ran a few weeks ago. Like I said, probably still haven't fully recovered from the travel.
