A good race - no major mistakes although a few minor glitches. Was not able to keep my heart rate as high as at Sunol - maybe because I had a slight sinus infection or the fact that I was not running most of the course with another peer of similar speed. Must get better at pushing myself while alone.

Throat is better, although feeling a bit dizzy around lunchtime.

Getting better hour by hour throughout the day.

Felt pretty slow for the intervals, could not keep heart rate up.
