Note

Slept 4 + 4 I think, the best all week. Time for siesta now.

trail run 25:00 [3]

Since why not.

Note

Not really noticing any improvement in function. Supra and infraspinatus are knocked out, that'd be the suprascapular nerve, in case anyone is interested. And then some other muscle too.

Starting to wonder whether it is really Lyme.

Note

Pain is less marked. Except when I shift during the night. I think maybe some smaller muscles get pulled because the others aren't working.

Keeping the arm warm seems to alleviate the dull pain.

Yesterday was fun. The marmots were out playing and baby dwarf goats were cute.

Tuesday May 31, 2016 #

Note

Two times two hours, plus a couple of twenty minuteses. Similar symptoms. Waited half an hour after taking paracetamol before returning to bed, which helped.

Monday May 30, 2016 #

Note

But the night was worse. Paracetamol didn't kick in, one-two hours sleep. Arthritic pain there almost constantly in the upper arm. Some sharper than previously pain from muscles when shifting. Not much fun.

Note

Swiss O-week will be near down from the Morteratsch, where Tyndall nearly died in an avalanche back in the day. Source: Blue guide.

Note

pain is a bit less pronounced than yesterday, 2-4 as opposed to 4-6/10
