Who needs real Maths?
"There are eight permanent lectureships currently advertised in the UCD School of Mathematics and Statistics.

This is a themed recruitment of several permanent lecturers across the areas of Applied Probability, Stochastic Analysis, Stochastic Modelling, Statistical Modelling, Financial Mathematics, Networks, Optimization, Computational Mathematics, and Computational Statistics. We also have a position in Actuarial Science, and a position with a preference for Algebra and its Applications."

One of the authors of those lines even refereed my frigging paper, and is always complimentary and friendly to me in person and friends with my circle of mathematicians... This is her second time being unprofessional. Still, the authors are full professors, so they can do what they like.

Went far enough to feel my Achilles, then turned around. Super pretty out, clouds of blue, rose and gold. Would have been nice to go farther.
