running 39:40 [3] 6.85 km (5:47 / km)

arsta
included a 3:45 km
also did a modicum of strength

While running, got stopped by a fat, middle-aged woman walking a couple of dogs. She wanted to know whether I had a phone, and me in running shorts without even a key pocket. I asked why, as she looked perturbed. Apparently there was a "blottare" a bit further on up the slope a bit and she wanted to call the Polis. I'd been hanging out in the wrong circles to know what blottare meant, but she knew how to gesticulate. Not the hardest charade in the world.

Sommarserien
Flatenbadet

I tihnk I need to do some running race or something. I thought I was running moderately fast, didn't make much by way of mistakes, but Andrew took 10 minutes out of me... At least my avg hr says I wasn't running hard. Problem is, I should have been. Fun orienteering.

trail run 2:20:00 [2] 18.3 km (7:39 / km)
ahr:129

Long, slow run out to Nacka, around one lake, across another, and back. Went up Hammarbybacken on the way back just for kicks. Camelbak was useful!

Haven't done a session like this in a long time and for some reason I thought it would be a good idea. I have some faint recollection of getting fitter in France when I would do this once a fortnight or so. Fontainebleau is way prettier than Nacka.
