Myngen, near Vingåker

Jan Troeng ran my gaffel in 48:44. I should have been at least 4 minutes faster, losing 30s(?) on the first control, and 3:30 or more (d'après Winsplits) on controls 11 and 12.

Otherwise, it was one of my better night races. I kept pushing all the way. HR was close to constant - after the first km, other AHR/km varied between 179 and 183.

Annoyed with the amateur mistakes at the end.

parked on the wrong side of Lyckebyskolan so didn't get a map. Ran broadly south for half an hour, then attempted to loop back :)

SprintO at Högsätra Norra.

Reasonably easy. The map was dodgy and the course-planning mediocre. Sweden should import some foreigners to make some decent sprint maps ;p

Bosön intervals with JAM. He did 400s, 1min rest, so I got to do 300m with 1:16 rest.
51-53 seconds each. Two blocks of 6, with 5 mins rest between blocks.

Survived ok.
Played Settlers of Catan for the first time.

Two golds for Lidingo in SM Ultralang.

Not a bad day :)
