long middle distance - CarstenJ won in 37:36 - it appears he wants to make a comebcak for WOC this year...
made a couple of mistakes - notably lost a bit over a minute on the 7th... not a good idea. Came 7th overall (4th tomorrow) 7 seconds down on MarcusPinker
terrain not overly technical, but all the maps are 1:15, and they are a little dodgy in places...

was goign for a wee jog and at the campsite exist found some germans with maps.turns out the model event start was there! took the BW master and did a little training session. serendipity

collected the model maps after lunch. i got dropped off half way on the way back to run the further away controls and run back to the campsite. Really suffered this session. Stopped to rest at one point when i could no longer think...

with B77 today to start a couple of days of training and then run the 3days
