Petit Mont Chauvet.
Posing in the snow, as unfortunately wrote earlier... Proper translation is put out controls in the snow... had a lot of trouble finding the prebalisage, white paper at ground level with a light dusting of snow is not the most visible :)
4 minute warm-up, 38 minutes (plus stoppage time) collecting controls afterwards. tired, good training

Taillis d'Epernon
CRIFCOU stage 1
same place as regionale a few weeks ago, decided to run it fairly hard without a compass... mostly succeeded... not fit enough to keep up the pace and a couple of mistakes... pretty happy nonetheless
lovely vaired forest and it's good to get out orienteering midweek (thanks to l'X)
apres j'suis alle chez le medecin. drugs to ethnic cleanse some candida albicans colonies that took refuge in my throat and some vitamins and she thinks that should do the trick.
lab results today. no glandular fever, nothing too abnormal in the blood - all levels dropped by 10-20% bringing red blood stuff back into the normal range. Lymphocytes are a little below the normal range, doctor isn't worried.
Doctor will prescibe something for the "flore oropharyngee abondante et variee" growing down the back of my mouth when i go see her.
So perhaps I might start training normally again in the next few weeks!

WC training...
same place as with the belgians in August. Now seem capable of breaking 10 minute ks here in the not too distant future. No major disasters, a little slopppy early on. Otherwise, the lack of training is starting to show. No energy.
Probably the best (most technical) map I have orienteered on.
