10pm jog after a long day... doctor in the morning, office until 7...
doctor prescribed anti-inflammatories aand didn't say much else.
still haven't recovered from paddy's day - need to get more sleep if I am to recover.
started feeling fat and unift. if i don't get back in serious training soon i'll lose the season. and more training needs way more sleep, so probably less maths :(
