Longish run on a 50 degree day. Had to remove a layer. Highlight of the run was spotting a pair(!) of eagles perched just to the north of the bridge over the Kinderhook Creek.

Hill intervals. 4 x ~300m/20m climb + 4 x ~150m/8m climb with walk or jog back down the hill for recoveries. Climbs estimated. Mid 30s and breezy. Hills are on a dirt road which is "not maintained from Dec 1 to April 1", which means it would be snow covered if we had any snow.
