Indoor track at the Y. 4 x 3 laps (=~345m) with 1 lap recovery. Target 96 sec (~7:30/mi pace). Plus 1 mi warm-up and 0.5 mi cool-down. 35 laps total, if I counted correctly. Snowing outside and ~10F - Winter starts next week.
Walking/jogging/running on the indoor track at the Y. Testing out the ankle, which is improving but is still a bit tender. Ran about 3/4 mi, all with right turns.
