Red Course at Riverbend Nature Center
Set/Vet by Mike & Julia
Ran a decent course overall. Made a dumb 2 minute error at number 7 and had trouble finding 12. CP14 was another matter entirely - was bummed to lose so much time on this control (AP has it at 5:29 lost), especially after seeing what the area looked like on a satellite photo and the lack of contours and other features to provide context for the pit shown on the map.
Fun day to be out in the woods though. Seemed like the event had decent turnout.
I must have hit the off button on the GPS 13 minutes in - was bummed not to have my track to see where I went on the map in relation to the CP.
