Past v present DOSS race! In classic wimp-y cross country style, we just did laps of the main field as it was 'too icy' (lies) to do the real route, and 'if anyone died at least we would be able to see them'...
Good though, I almost didn't go as I have so much work but last minute sprinted out of the library. Super short but didn't want to do anything hard today, just nice to stretch the legs.

Really short, BEAUTIFUL recovery run in the snow, just around the park. Dark after and roads too icy to run properly by this point. It was also SO COLD - colder than it is often on top of mountains in winter! My breath was freezing my buff solid! BRR.

Felt super sluggish and slow, dying by the second 10 min rep, But glad I got out and did it today, only just OK to run on, would have been impossible later in the week!
