Strength and Conditioning (Slacklining!) 1:00:00 [1]

Set out to do a full day in the library... but it was SUNNY so decided to learn to slackline instead. SO FUN! Really really good. Glad I went.

Felt quite pathetic today, not that great at all in the morning, cold back and bit of a headache. Rest rest. But sad to be inside :( :(

Run up and over Melbreak with Dan - good, made me run faster, especially on the downhill! Fun - need to get up Melbreak more, and found the proper cut through now!

Yoga 1:45:00 [1]

Full moon workshop with Sarah Kekus. Really really good. But found it SO hard - legs just had no strength and because of my cold my breathing was rubbish. Also feel like my cold has got worse again, really didn't feel great for some of it. But felt so much better after it.

'Sunrise run' up Grizedale Pike and Hopegill Head from Whinlatter avec Dad and Indie. Good! Nice to be out early morning, didn't really get a sunrise though as there were clouds in that direction... I carried on to Grasmoor, Whiteless Pike, down and round the lake and up a bump on the side of Melbreak (off piste exploration) and back round the lake to home.
A bit annoying as because it was early I actually wasn't in the sun at all until the very end, and now it's super sunny every where!
But it was GOOD! :) :)

Felt much better after the few days rest - think the legs and body needed it. SO GOOD to be back on actual earth again, went out with Indie. A pure 'enjoyment' run.
